Please note: Refund deadlines are determined by the event promoter.
If you're eligible for a refund, this is how it works:
- Open the Grid app and make sure you are logged in with the correct account that holds your credits.
- Find your venue on the venue overview
- Once in the venue, tap the 'Manage Credits' button to see an overview of all refundable credit charges. Each charge shows you the validity date of the credits as well (this is not the refund deadline)
- Select the charge and then press 'Refund credtis' button
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund
