Make sure you are logged in with the correct account
To see the tickets, you have bought on our web shop, you need to log in to the app with the same account that you have used to buy the tickets on the web.
- Log out of the Grid app
- Log in again with the same login method and data as you used on the ticket shop
- The tickets should now be visible
My tickets still don't show up
Please send us a screenshot of your profile and ticket screen from within the Grid app.

Send us both screenshots
- Send us the screenshot as a customer support request or via help@grid.app
- Please let us also know the account you are using to log in, into the Grid app. This has to be the same account that you have used to purchase the tickets on tickets.grid.app.
